Workers know their stuff, atmosphere is nice and the reptiles all look great. Lugarti has some cool unique products that i like and they take in reptile surrenders, some of my reptiles I have now are ones that were surrendered by others to serpentarium before I got them there, and i love them dearly, so i love that they take in surrenders. Workers are always really nice to me too

Shoutout to all of the staff as well as the associate who directly helped us out yesterday! We ended up rescuing a bearded dragon and they helped us out with getting our little guy comfortable here at home. He also gave Reptar a look over to assess his health condition. Super friendly as well and recommend 10/10

Nice people. I was trying to find out the gender of my Ball Python. They took care of me and my pet. The lady was really nice and gentle with him. The place isn't all dolled up like some of these pet stores, but they seem to have stuff that a normal pet store wouldn't have. This will be my go if i need snake care or something on the spot.

The best place to get your reptile and anything you need. They also do spa treatment for reptiles and beak trims for tortoise. Highly recommend them. There staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

Love this store. This location is better than the old one. Every single time I come the employees are incredibly nice and helpful. I visit every week for supplies and they always have what I need in stock. Highly recommend getting the membership!

I’ve used serpentarium in the past for feeder mice and enclosure pieces, but yesterday we stopped in just because my 3 yr old daughter wanted to see some snakes. We had a blast. The staff was extremely friendly and really knowledgeable. They were patient, they had a great selection, and they were very interactive attentive. They even had me wanting a pet cockroach 🤣

I love them! A snake got snuck in our sticky trap. Not knowing what to do, or how to get it out, we called them, brought it in, and they helped get it out! They were so nice about it too. They even educated me about this particular snake which was a sharp tail snake. I would 100% come back if I’m looking to buy a reptile. Thank you so much for helping this little guy ❤️

I got my first Crested Gecko here. He is still comfortable and hasn’t lost his tail. I love this place so much because they aren’t like Petco and Petsmart where they abuse their lizards putting them into uncomfortable places. They actually put them into comfy and forest enclosures. Best lizard shop I’ve ever been to!

They helped us so much. We plan on getting a hognose snake from them in the future. My daughter got her first pet a Madagascar hissing cockroach. They made the experience amazing they treated my daughter with respect and enjoyed her enthusiasm. Letting us experience the animal. When I have called on the phone the staff has been experienced knowledgeable and eager to answer silly questions.

I had a wonderful experience here today. I was interested in getting a reptile; my first reptile so I had a lot of questions about the bearded dragon and I was meet with patience and comprehension of what I thought may be dumb questions lol. Thankful for all the tips and tricks to my introduction to reptile life. Staff was amazingly welcome and very educated. I even called before I came down to the store and over the phone the customer service was when I decided to head on down to the store and I'm glad I did. My sister recommended the store to me she had bought a tortoise the day before and told me about the great service she recived. Great locations. Education staff. Welcoming environment.
